Othera currently has three product development programs in process. Our most advanced clinical-stage product, OT-551, is a proprietary small molecule, delivered topically by eye drop, under development for Geographic Atrophy, the severe dry form of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). In addition, we are currently in pre-clinical development for a second eye drop, OT-730, for the treatment of glaucoma. Othera is also developing OT-304, an oral small molecule for the treatment of cancer and cancer-associated thrombosis. In support of this program, Othera is continuing to discover analogs of OT-304 to build a diverse library of backup compounds and potential new leads to treat various non-ophthalmic diseases, including cancer and inflammatory diseases.
