Othera’s patent portfolio contains over 50 issued patents and pending applications worldwide, including composition of matter and methods of use, and mechanism in ocular diseases, oncology, and inflammatory diseases. Othera holds an exclusive license from the National Institutes of Health to an issued U.S. patent covering the use of Tempol-H, a metabolite of OT-551, for the treatment of cataracts. We are continually expanding our intellectual property assets as our discovery and development efforts progress across our various programs.
